Yoga

     Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 is a beginner yoga class, great for those new to yoga. It will teach you the basic poses of yoga and introduce you to the many benefits of yoga practice. It focuses on a gentle flow of movements and poses strung together with the inhalation and exhalation of each breath. It includes a variety of more challenging poses that improve strength, flexibility, mobility, stability and balance that improve our overall postural alignment and promote overall good health and well being.

 

Yoga

       Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga which uses a chair to perform most of the poses.  It is great for beginners to yoga, seniors, those with health concerns, those who have difficulty balancing, kneeling and getting on to the floor. The therapeutic exercises work the body, from head to toe, addressing the whole body in a single routine which will include strength and flexibility exercises, balancing and stability exercises and breathing and relaxation routines.
