One On One MIND BODY encompasses the awareness of ones’ self physically and mentally, enlightened by a tranquil environment to promote spiritual and physical well being as ONE. Through poses and exercises specifically designed for each individual, One On One MIND BODY is the premier experience for positive well being.
             At One On One each individual receives personalized attention in a small group class setting focusing on postural alignment and awareness, proper technique, and mental clarity while on your journey through any of our MIND BODY classes offered here. The experience is truly unique with certified and licensed health care professional instructors leading the way. Having an extensive background in teaching, instructing and training proper alignment, proper postures, and helping ONE become more aware of their bodies and personal surroundings, each MIND BODY instructor provides you with an experience that is exemplary among its’ kind.
