Dr. Joseph Rivieccio

Dr. Joseph Rivieccio graduated SUNY Downstate Medical Center valedictorian in May 2016 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy receiving the Samuel B. Feitelberg Award for highest academic/clinical honors. Prior to his attendance at Physical Therapy School, Joseph graduated with his B.S. in Kinesiology from Brooklyn College, earning Cum Laude honors. Following graduation, he accepted a job at One on One Physical Therapy in 2016 as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist. Dr. Rivieccio is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and through the Red Cross as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR). He also holds certifications for Functional Movement Systems (FMSC) and Crossfit Level 1. Dr. Rivieccio is currently in pursuit of his APTA board certification as a sports clinical specialist (SCS), as well as certification in Functional Range Release and Rock Taping. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys working on his fitness blog, doing Crossfit, playing football, and hanging out with friends and family.
