Anissa Brathwaite

Anissa Brathwaite, PT, DPT earned both her BS in Health Services and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College. Anissa treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in the outpatient setting. She has completed affiliations in a Skilled Nursing Facility, outpatient Orthopedics setting, a school setting with Pediatrics, and an outpatient Neuromuscular Orthopedic setting. There she gained experience in creating treatment plans for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to hip and knee replacements, degenerative joint disease, cerebral palsy, balance disorders, and Multiple Sclerosis. Anissa is a member of the New York Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association and believes in a thorough Physical Therapy examination combined with evidence based practice in order to provide optimal treatments and results for her patients. Outside of work Anissa enjoys spending time with her niece and volunteering for The Elm Project formerly known as Camp AmeriKids.
