A CPR course will be offered at our locations by a certified American Heart Association Instructor to anyone interested in utilizing this as a way to speak up against this largely preventable disease.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, when given properly and immediately to sudden cardiac arrest victims, CPR can save the lives of children and adults. Making yourself knowledgeable of this emergency procedure is a great way to fight heart disease and possibly save a life in a time of need.

National Wear Red Day is a day when Americans nationwide will wear red to show their support for  heart disease awareness.

This observance promotes the Red Dress symbol and provides an opportunity for everyone to unite in this life-saving awareness movement by showing off a favorite red dress, shirt, tie, or even the Red Dress pin.

Join us at ONE ON ONE every Friday during the month of February, by wearing something RED!

“Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women in America. Wearing the red dress, which is the symbol of women and heart disease, is a way to speak up against this largely preventable disease.”

Get a free Red Dress Pin when you sign-up at “Go Red for Women” on Facebook or at the “Go Red for Women” website.
