Mike Wright - DPT, ATC, Director of Athletic Training, Director of Midwood

Michael Wright is a Licensed Physical Therapist and NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. He is a graduate of Touro College school of Health Sciences with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine Program at One On One, providing 7 years of services for the Public School Athletic League(PSAL), The Brooklyn Kings(United States Basketball League), Christian Cultural Center, The Boy's Clubs Of New York and The Brooklyn Hurricanes. His thesis "The effects of manual treatment on rounded-shoulder posture, and associated muscle strength was published in Science Direct 2009 .

Joanne Zgombic Cavalieri - MSPT, Physical Therapist, Director of Starrett City

Joanne is a graduate of New York Medical where she received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. She received her outpatient Orthopedic training at One On One Physical Therapy and was then hired as a full time staff Physical Therapist. Joanne is certified in McKenzie treatment techniques and maintains membership in the Orthopedic and Sports sections of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Diane O'Friel - Director of Administration

Diane is a graduate of St. John's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Business. Diane brings to One On One over 20 years experience in the management and marketing aspects of Physical Therapy. Her experience includes management of private practice centers, Regional Manager of New York and New Jersey for a publicly traded rehabilitation corporation, as well as the Marketing Director of New York for a Fortune 500 company.

Diane has continued to expand her management skills through constant continuing education seminars. She has been recognized with several awards including overall excellence in Administration. As Director of Administration for One On One, Diane handles the overall management for all centers and supervision of the One On One Marketing and billing departments. She works in conjunction with the Directors of Rehabilitation and Marketing to ensure each department works together providing a seamless quality of care for our patients.

Franco Ullo- DPT

Franco Ullo graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor's in Health Science. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therpay from the New York Institute Of Technology. Franco specializes in Sports Physical Therapy and is currently pursuing his Strength and Conditioning Certification fron NSCA.

Anthony DeSena, MSPT

Physical Therapist, Director of P.T. – Marine Park

A Brooklyn Native, Anthony graduated Brooklyn College with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Nutrition science with a minor in Exercise Physiology. He has been an employee of One on One P.T. since 2002 working in all areas of the facility while completing his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at SUNY Downstate. Anthony is currently working towards his certification in strength and conditioning, and becoming a certified McKenzie clinician to specialize in treatment of spinal disorders. Anthony is also developing a golf specific training and rehabilitation program with a local PGA tour golf Professional.
