James Cardello- MSPT, CSCS, Physical Therapist, Director Of Rehab, Bay Ridge and New Dorp James graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a BSHS (Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences), and a (Masters in Physical Therapy) MPT degrees in May 2003. James focuses his rehabilitation on finding the muscle imbalances and examining functional movement patterns. He has continued his education the last few years concentrating on the athlete and received his CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) in Dec 2005. Along with specializing in sports rehabilitation, he is a sports performance trainer for the uninjured athlete.

Giovanni Materia - MSPT, ATC/L , Director of Ralph
Giovanni graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and later obtained his master's Degree in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. Over the past 13 years he has worked with many New York High Schools and Colleges providing his services as a licensed Physical Therapist and trainer. Giovanni continues to work with Semiprofessional football and basketball teams in New York and is currently the head trainer for St Joseph by the Sea football team. Giovanni also works directly with the NYPD football team, providing his expertise with the evaluation and treatment of their injuries. Specialized in the prevention and rehabilitation of various athletic injuries, Giovanni is an asset to the One On One team. |

Julio Flores - ATC/L Certified Athletic Trainer, Ralph Avenue
Julio Cesar Flores is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Athletic Trainer at One On One where he works in conjunction with Physical Therapists to bring a teamwork approach to rehabilitation. Julio plays a vital role in the rehabilitation team with his vast knowledge of strength and conditioning. He is certified and licensed in New York State.
Julio specializes in athletic injuries, after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College. With 10 years of experience in the clinical field, he has worked with all diversities of neurological and orthopedic injuries and currently heads the High School Outreach Program that educates parents, coaches, and athletes in regard to injury prevention, first aid, nutrition and rehabilitation. As an athlete himself, he has won the Tri-State and Northeast Regional kickboxing championships for the K.I.C.K. Federation. This experience gives him first-hand knowledge of athlete physiology. |

Stephanie Zambrano- DPT Stephanie Zambrano graduated fron Iona College with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Stephanie then went to attend New York Institute of Technology where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Stephanie has completed internships at several orthopedic facilities in the NY metro area as well as in acute care and pediatrics with the NYC Board Of Education. In 2006, after practicing Pilates for 3 years, Stephanie became a certified pilates instructor and co-created a Pilates program from adults, physical therapy patients, and athletes at the one on one offices in Bay Ridge and Staten Island. Stephanie is currently pursuing her certification in pilates apparatus training as well as certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. She also continues to explore her interest in pre/post natal exercise certification. |

Mike Ellis- PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant Michael is a graduate of New York University where he majored as a Physical Therapy Assistant. With dual credentialing as a certified personal trainer, Michael is a valuable asset to the One On One clinical staff. He has also worked as the Director of Physical Therapy for the Kingsborough College PTA program in Brooklyn. Versed in many languages including Spanish, Italian and Hebrew, and Yiddish. Michael's multilinguistics have opened the door for the facility to provide seamless quality care to much of our surrounding community. His areas of specialization include general orthopedics and pediatric care. He has currently attained a dual Master's Degree in Early Chjildhood/ Special Education which will have a strong influence on his proficiency as a clinician with pediatric caseloads. |
